Overview

At 16 years old, I was given an unexpected opportunity by my mentor to be interviewed by the Department of Records commissioner. Stepping into a world far beyond my Bronx high school experience, what began as a nerve-wracking interview turned into a seven-year-long journey. Starting in the AV lab, preserving 20th-century media and evolving into projects developing illustrations, graphics, animations, and web designs. Now 23 years old and a Pratt Institute graduate, I have gained a deeper understanding of growth, resilience, and confidence, which those years have instilled in me.
